Racheal was a pleasure to work with through the purchase of our property. She is very proactive, excellent with communication, trustworthy and genuinely a lovely person. Even after the purchase, Racheal has always been available to answer any questions, offering that personal touch we were hoping for.

Racheal has been a wonderful agent to work with. She knows her products and the market, I would highly recommend her and Robert James real estate

Rob and Rach were great to deal with, prompt and no BS Thank you :)

We thank Rachael for concluding our purchase in Monterey so swiftly and diligently what must have been quite a difficult task . The sellers presented us all with rather complicated and unpleasant circumstances and we appreciate Rachael's skillful negotiations to achieve a satisfactory outcome in the end. It was a pleasure to deal with her.

Thank you to Racheal for helping us every step of the way. She always had our best interest in mind and always was there when we needed. The sale had a fantastic outcome in a quick time frame which is exactly what we needed. Thank you once again for making this such a smooth process.

Great work. long process but we got there in the end. thank you.

Rob and his team have been apart of three property purchases and sales on the sunshine coast in the past five years. on all properties we archived purchase and sale outcomes above our expectations. Thanks again Rob.

We chose Racheal Sharpe from Robert James Realty through a recommendation from a relative. Racheal had recently sold a property for him and he was very impressed with her work. Rachael has a very solid knowledge base of properties in the area and helped us achieve a fantastic sale price. Rachael was contactable at all times and worked very hard following up inquiries, always keeping us in the loop as to what was happening. Prior to our house going on the market Rachael gave us some invaluable information on how to present our home. Suggestions that I strongly believe gave us a higher than expected settlement price. I highly recommend Racheal as being an honest, reliable, very hard working and experienced agent. Thank you Racheal, job well done.
