Wonderful agent, down to earth, honest, reliable, warm & friendly.

We had been in the market for a reasonable period of time and unfortunately had other contracts crash. We had met many agents during this time, attending countless open homes and for us, Rachel really stood out as an agent, a cut above the rest. She always phoned when she promised she would and the whole process was so easy with her being that she was so flexible and available. I really felt a sense that Rachel was also working with us as buyers, not only for the seller or her commission. She is genuine and kind, with a warm heart and I cannot recommend her highly enough, she is an absolute delight to work with.
