In 2015,, Through "Word of Mouth", we approached this pair, to appraise a "tired unit", we had decided to sell. They promptly arrived and gave us ideas on how to update the property, with alittle bit of hard work, and some inexpensive bits and pieces creating a trendy decor! Two weeks later, this done, the unit went on the market! Another two weeks passed and Nicole and Rachel had SOLD, it at the price we wanted! Again this year, the same thing happened!
