Never seemed to get irritated by "tyre-kickers", multiple open homes and out of hours inspections.

Great work ethic. Changed marketing strategy when interest falling off. Calm and professional at all times. Managed my expectations on price with aplomb. Organised styling, repairs, garden and landscapers. All were good. I don't think the property could have been better presented without overcapitalising. Advertising strategy effective. Kept going back to potential buyers and kept me informed of their input. Probably achieved the best price I could have reasonably hoped for.
