Enjoyed dealing with Rachel in our recent transaction in which she was acting as the agent for the vendors; we were the purchasers. We’ve had disappointing dealings with other agents who will say absolutely anything to get the sale, and who quote too-high prices. I felt that Rachel was honest and reasonable in her approach and so we were able to negotiate a deal in a straight forward manner. She was friendly and professional.
