Rachel helped the reviewer sell this property

Fantastic experience from start to finish.

We can’t thank or praise Rachel enough for her commitment to a successful outcome for our recent property development. She has consistently demonstrated her dedication and capacity to perform above and beyond our expectations. We were attracted to Rachel because she has a skill set not often found in a real estate agent. We met her as she was selling the last of the townhouses from her own development. We were very impressed by her townhouses and her manner as an agent, and asked her to work with us through our development. Since then, Rachel has given willingly of her time, demonstrated passion for her work and endless patience. She has proven she has a thorough understanding of the industry and contemporary working knowledge of the market. Her advice has been meticulous and responsive during the development and marketing of our properties. In the marketing phase, Rachel has provided us with comprehensive feedback, demonstrated a great rapport with buyers, and an ability to qualify them effectively. We have greatly appreciated her wisdom and support through our development journey.
