Rachel is very active and enthusiastic person. The kind of person you need as an realty agent. She would actively seek out for buyers, follow them up, and always keep me informed every step of the sale of the house. She would even go above and beyond. I forgot to contact electricity retailer after the tenant has moved out. In order to get it reconnected we need Energex. Unfortunately Energex would only give you a time slot of 5 hours rather than exact time they'll come. They also won't give you 30 min warning, and if they come yet no one in the house, they'll charge you penalty. As I'm full time working I couldn't be there to wait. But Rachel agreed to wait for the 5 hours, in a QLD summer without AC. I'm really grateful for that. So, basically I couldn't have asked more from an agent. She did a great job and I highly recommend her.
