I read so many reviews and they are all generally the same type of thing. Rachel deserves better than a “she was knowledgeable and helpful” review because she was far beyond that. Rachel was exceptional. Anytime of any day she was available for us to answer our questions. She was honest and didn’t sugar coat things to make us happy. She told us exactly what was happening and communicated with us at every moment. She was all about finding the right buyer for us and went well beyond the means of a normal agent to help us and the slightly nervous buyer work together on finding a sale agreement that worked for us all. We sold in just 3 weeks DURING Covid and for exactly what we wanted/needed to move forward. Rachel is not your average agent after a commission. She showed, compassion, loyalty, care and friendship and so much so our buyers chose her to list their property which sold in just a few days. I can not recommend her more and could not be more grateful for all of her hard work.
Rachel took the time to really understand what my sort of house would suit me. She didn't show me two story 5 bedroom homes out of my price range, which other agents do and waste my time. I would recommend Rachel.
