Upon our initial meeting with Rachel it was evident she was deeply passionate about her work and has a wealth of knowledge within the Real Estate community. She was reasonable and welcome to our thoughts and opinions of our property. This is the second home that Rachel has sold for me and once again it was a seamless experience. She went above and beyond with open homes and private inspections and it really showed that she gave it her all. It was evident that she’s not part of a get rich quick scheme and she presented the property with class and professionalism. Given the uncertainty of the housing market and interest rates she was keeping us informed and she took every step to ensure we were not leaving a stone unturned. We were still amazed at how beautifully presented it was- from staging to marketing, we got so much feedback from her friendly and knowledgeable presence. She was asking us questions about our home that I hadn’t even thought of. Which is the reason that such professional like her is needed when selling. We have built a personal rapport with Rachel and I can guarantee that for any future sales I would be reaching out to her before anyone. She was open and respectful and that has left a really pleasant mark on our experience. It was also amazing to see some of the beautiful properties that she has showcased in her career of 15+ years.
