Rachel is very arrogant and unprofessional agent and it's very difficult to deal with her. She doesn't act in the interest of buyer or seller. She is also not tech savvy and hence limits the communication with her. In spite of signing a contract, she was adamant on petty things. I would never recommend this agent to anyone.

Nothing was too much of an ask for Rachel. She went out of her way to accommodate both sellers and purchaser, no mattee what time of day you rang her. As a first time buyer she was easy going and helpful and eash to talk to. I would recommended her without a doubt.

Rachel is an agent who never gives up even in a tough market with a difficult property to sell. She went above and beyond in making sure property was in good condition for an inspection and did her best to keep both Sellers in loop.

Rachel is very knowledgeable and not pushy at all, she answered every one of our questions and was very accommodating with the times she was available for all our inspections. A really wonderful agent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anybody :)
