An excellent agent with a tremendous knowledge of the investment market.

When we commenced the process of selling our investment property Rachel offered sound and accurate advice. She was quick to reach out to her vast base of buyers, advocates and other agents and she impressed us with her, what always appeared to be, 24 hour a day work ethic. Nothing was problem, day or night which was evident in the signing of contracts at 11pm at night. Her professionalism showed through in dealing with our difficult tenants but she concluded the sale quickly, off market and with minimal disruptions. I highly recommend her.
