We have been fortunate enough to have Ned assist with a couple property transactions before, so when it came time to sell my grandmothers unit she was the first call. As usual, her personal communication was on point and she showed tremendous respect and care regarding the the transition my grandmother was experiencing in moving to residential care and selling her well-loved home of 30 years. Although the market experienced a shift just as we listed the property, and we had some unexpected competition within the strata complex as well, Ned's continued advocacy for her clients shone through and we still received a strong result with a happy seller and buyer.
