Ned helped and organised multiple contractors to complete inspections after the sale went unconditional, went above and beyond with everything and never complained once. Gave us advice on future endeavours and offered a helping hand whenever we needed. She was quick, straightforward and a pleasure to work with. High recommending for buying from and I assume no different with selling with. 10/10 would use if we ever sold.
