What can i say......selling a house is STRESSFUL!!!! The stress was actually getting the house ready for sale. Rachel gave us guidance throughout the sale of our family home. It took us 4 months to get the house ready. We reviewed 2 other agencies before choosing First National. She explained what the process was for selling a house (commission rates and advertising) and recommended trade people she has used. She was friendly and very professional. If you need to contact her she was available and always returned you calls or texts. Our family house was on the market on Tuesday. Open house on Saturday (with 4 potenial buyers on a rainy day) and a contracted signed on the following Tuesday, with a quick settlement. We went with one of the conveyance company that Rachel has dealt with in the past and everything went smoothly with a slight hiccup with manuals for alarm system and waterfall instructions for the pool. When we first met Rachel we felt immediately at ease and trusted her knowledge and expertise to guide us through what turned out to be a rather stressful experience. Rachel is extremely well informed and was always available on the phone if we needed some help. She explained everything to do with the sale in terms which we could clearly understand.
