In a heated sellers market where houses are selling within hours of being listed, you really need to work with an Agent that is professional and puts the extra effort in to get results for both the buyer and seller. The property I purchased was no different. Multiple offers were received at asking price (and even above) well before the first open home and many Agents would have taken the easy way and removed the property from sale.
