Were we to asked to score Susan in respect of the other two scoring categories of Market Knowledge and Negotiation, we would give her five star ratings as well. Your rating system does not cater for the situation where we were dealing with two different agents within Stocker Preston who fulfilled different roles. We have therefore completed all the categories to cover our total experience of dealing with both Rachel and Susan.
