I found Rachelle (and Renee) to be very approachable and communicative throughout the entire process of listing, marketing and negotiating the sale of my Father's house. Their timeliness in presenting all offers and assessment of potential buyers' intent and timeline was honest, diligent and invaluable! Her local area knowledge, including those of ever-changing government and local council policy is insightful and informative. Always quick to respond to phone calls and emails, and easy to work with regarding access to the house for inspections etc. Highly recommended! Lovely ladies and very professional!!
