Even when things got a little sticky, Racquel was constantly reassuring and was a calming voice that made even the more difficult moments easy to work through. We cannot speak highly enough of Racquel's knowledge and her ability to understand what each party in the process needs. Her aim was to make sure that it was a win for everyone....something that is not always easy to do. What was also important, and something that shone through was Racquel's ability to deliver on her promise. At no stage did we ever have to follow up anything with Racquel. If she would say she was going to do something, you can guarantee it was done!
