When I decided to sell my property I obtained three appraisals and recommended price ranges. Two were much the same, Rae Corris valued the property at considerably higher. I would normally be cautious and go middle range but after querying how Rae could substantiate her higher price and hearing the response, I decided to go with her. She did a great job of marketing, took additional photos of the property to show it at it's best and sold it in 3 days. Her after sale service was excellent, keeping me updated and also coming to the house to introduce the new owners.
