To start - you should know that I'm not a big fan of real estate agents. They generally seem more interested in padding their own pocket books than in saving yours. Having said that - we got really lucky when we called about a home that Raelene had listed. She was very honest, personable, easy to work with, and communicated quickly. MY EXPECTATION WERE MUCH HIGHER AND I EXPECTED MORE PRO ACTIVITY FROM AGENCY. PREPARATION BEFORE AUCTION WAS RUSHED AS WELL AS AUCTION IT SELF. I WAS DISAPPOINTED BY THE AGENCY PRINCIPALS ETICS AFTER AUCTION IN OVERALL I BELIEVE THAT RAYLEENE DID A GOOD JOB BUT SOME AREAS STILL NEED TO IMPROVE.
