We needed to sell our parents home and Raelene made this very easy for us. We live a 6 hour drive away so she was very good at communicating with us to let us know how things were going. We were kept in the loop regarding inspections and when I got a cancer diagnosis she went above and beyond as I had to organise some small electrical jobs and cleaning. I was able to rely on her to give them access to the house and she checked everything for me. Raelene has a good knowledge of the local market and she is such a lovely person to work with. The only thing I felt wasn't great was the person who delivers brochures for the agents did not get them in letter boxes until after a sale contract was signed. Our purchase of chattels in the house, 3. Access to the property prior settlement Raelene went out of her way to ensure a smooth transaction in spite of unusual complexities.
