Very easy to deal with

Raelene was very easy to deal with. She consistently answered any questions we had straight away or very soon after. She dealt with us on a personal level and i got the same impression that this was the case with the seller as well. She made the buying process easy and fuss free. I marked the Market Knowledge down a bit purely because we didn't really discuss the market.
