We purchased off Rahul and, prior to purchase, we found that it was much easier to gain information through his colleagues than to expect a response from this agent. Unfortunately the same trend continued after the purchase offer was accepted, with our bank's evaluation delayed due to non-response from the agent. Prompt and accurate communication is key, but is not a strong point for Rahul.
