I dealt with Arjun Choudhary for the purchase of this property. He was responsive and fair and helped to negotiate a suitable purchase price with the sellers. I did feel pressure to exchange prior to finance approval, however this ended up not being an issue. He remained in contact after exchange to assist with organising settlement details. I felt like he balanced the seller's and my interests well.
