The writer has been working in the building and property business for over 60 years. The owners of 73 Osbourne Rd, Burpengary, asked me to help them find a good Agent. I sent out a comprehensive questionnaire to several Agents, prepared an analysis for the the owners, and interviewed all the Agents that responded to my request. After hours of interviewing the owners and I couldn’t separate two Agents one being Raimo. Within the same day He had already placed His for sale sign on the property, and held His first open home within 3 days. Due to this all happening before the elections and the perceived properly down turn, it took longer than expected for Raimo to make a sale, however He never gave up, doggedly holding literally hundreds of open homes and reporting back to both the owners and myself on a weekly basis, until He made a sale.
