Raj demonstrated good negotiating skills from the buyers perspective however we felt he was lacking this when it came to achieving us 'the sellers' goals of maximizing our profits with unmet promises from initial conversations. There could have been more effective communication between all parties involved however this not being the case led to a more stressful experience for us. I would recommend Raj to review his mission statement to strive to be a more competent agent.
