My engagement with Raj, Taz and their team has been a true partnership from property management to selling. At all points they kept me updated on market conditions and realistic expections and went over and beyond to showcase and sell my property. I was trying to sell a good house in a downward market on a busy corner so it was no ordinary job to get a sale on these conditions. Raj and his team are honest and hard working, they maintain a close relationship with their clients. My experience has been positive and a huge thank you to Raj and Taz over the years of service!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience with Taz, Raj and the entire team throughout our property purchase. They were professional, helpful and supportive from the beginning to the settlement process. As first home buyers, there were many things we were unsure about, but the team was always available to answer our questions and guide us through each step. Their communication, patience and genuine support made the whole process much easier and less stressful. A big thank you to Taz, Raj and the whole team for helping us achieve our dream of buying our home. We really appreciate all your hard work and support. Highly recommended! 🏡❤️

Raj and his team initially gave good first impressions to win our business, but after that it all went downhill. Naturally, as first time home sellers, the process can be confusing and unclear, and minimal support was received from Raj and his team. There was a lack of communication about required documentation, etc and when they were expected to be signed. When Raj would call, it was often to hurry and put pressure on us to sign or complete things after they have been sent to us last minute. This lead to important details missed in the contracts. I brought this issue up to Raj and his team, but also acknowledged and took accountability that we also had a responsibility to look over the contracts meticulously. However, upon discussion, there was no improvement at all from Raj and his team during the post feedback. Furthermore, don’t expect your queries to be answered promptly unless you actively follow up with Raj and his team. A more proactive and engaging service would be greatly appreciated to accommodate for first time sellers. We had an incident during the time Raj’s team had our home open for inspections, their team had left the front door completely open (could see into the house and enter). The AC was also left running on the second floor for weeks before we went to check on our home. In my opinion, this was completely unacceptable and was the final factor that shifted my perspective of them. Raj and his team’s proposed price was higher than other agent expectations. However, the final price just ended up being the same as the expectations of the other agents we first compared with! Therefore, my suggestion for this area would be to go with someone with less commission as the sale results will likely just fall within your expectations, but you may have a more positive and supportive experience. I do not recommend Raj and his team.

We had an excellent experience working with Raj and his team. From start to finish, they showed genuine dedication, professionalism, and a strong commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for us. They worked incredibly hard throughout the entire process, keeping us informed at every step, providing honest advice, and always being available to answer our questions. Their knowledge of the market and attention to detail gave us confidence that we were in the right hands. What really stood out was their persistence and positive attitude. Even when challenges came up, they handled everything calmly and efficiently, ensuring the sale stayed on track. Thanks to their effort and expertise, our house was sold successfully, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property, you’ll be working with someone who truly cares and goes the extra mile.

If you want to go for a bulk/ volume driven experience than go with Raj. Unfortunately, your house is not like TEMU and one wants to fetch the highest price of the day and receive prompt communication/ service. Raj never answered his phone nor replied to text message's after the initial sales meeting. The property sold well below the appraised and promised market price just to earn a commission and I felt I lost thousand's. Ouch, an expensive learning so I would not recommend.
