Dealing with Raj has been a pleasant experience. He makes sure that you are aware of what is happening, and I think he has been honest and always calm and courteous in his dealings. The only negative probably for me was the conveyancer he had recommended. Our experience with the conveyancer was not as pleasant, so possibly reconsider the conveyancer in the future.
We met Raj as the selling agent for the house we’d eventually buy. We were late to the open house inspection, and he waited until we got there to show us through. What drew us to him was his genuine knowledge of the property, his confidence, and level of enthusiasm. So we invited him to come look at our house to give us his opinion on selling. He met us at home during renovations and saw past the mess, and saw the potential we had. He didn’t take us through standard glossy profiles and spiels that the other 3 agents had. Instead, he had remembered all the sales he’s had in the area, including the names of the vendors, and told us how he managed to sell their properties. He even knew all the other properties that were listed with other agents. He laid out a detailed plan of how he was going to approach our sale, and and promised he already had buyers that may be interested. He promised that he’d be available whenever we needed. He provided us with a price guidance that was $25k more than what the other 3 agents had given us. And he was not wrong! Within 24 hours of signing, Raj had already found someone to inspect. We can tell he was already hard at work finding the buyers, rather than waiting for buyers to come. Raj kept to his promises of always being available, which included some late night questions we had. And when he said he would be there at a certain time, he would. Before we even got to market, we already had a buyer who absolutely loved our home, and an offer was made a week later. Raj was there every step of the way. This included back and forths between the buyers and us to clarify details, and settle minor issues with such diplomacy. He was our true advocate, who looked out for our best interest; which was to find the right buyer who would look after our home, & for the right price. Raj is absolutely amazing. A true, hard-working agent who loves his career and truly cares about the people he interacts with. Thank you Raj for your brilliance!
