From the very beginning, we were very sure we wanted Rajen to sell our house in Rochedale South. Rajen's genuine care and professionalism shone through at every stage of the selling process. We are actually from interstate Melbourne owners. Our place needed a huge tidy up & renovations after the last tenants did not look after our place & let it descend into a shambolic state. Rajen & the property managers, particular, Samantha Curry & Eliza Simpson really helped us in arranging the cleaners, painters, handyman, floor polisher & gardeners to do a fantastic renovation inside & outside the house. After the renovations we wanted to stage furniture & decor internally & Rajen helped arrange the initial appointment for the interior decorator to assess the house. Nothing was too much trouble for Rajen to do. He organised the staging process & after the interior decoration staging was done, the place looked like a million bucks! We were so happy! Rajen wrote a fantastic description of the house & highlighted all its positive features, a very attractive advertisement. We couldn't have asked for a better wordsmith than Rajen! He knew how to use language to evoke positive appealing emotions. The first & second day of open inspections yielded the most serious buyers. Rajen & Nick really did a great job to extract the best offers from the buyers making them compete with one another in the effort to offer mouth watering offers. After a lot of hard work, Rajen & team pulled off a fabulous price! We could not believe the final offer that was presented to us. It was far beyond what we expected, like a dream come true! All in all, we had a wonderful experience with Rajen & Ehouse team. They made it all come together. I would highly recommend & in fact encourage you to retain Rajen & Ehouse team as your personal team for you to present & sell your house. They made all the steps easy & nothing was too much trouble for Rajen & the team to do. A fantastic job, thank you so much!

You couldn't ask for a nicer real estate agent as I found in Rajen. He was exceedingly helpful in our purchase of our new home, and helped the leaving tenants as much as he could. He was always at the end of the phone updating us on the progress. I believe you wouldn't go wrong in using Rajen to sell your property.
