Rajesh Rednam
Rajesh made it clear he really wanted a review so I'm going to try to be fair despite being unhappy overall. Rajesh got us a better price than expected, and through most of the process his communication has been excellent. His knowledge of the area and merket was excellent. But otherwise I've been very disappointed. The conveyancer he reccomended was horrible. We ended up getting someone else because we didn't trust their work. We verbly agreed to a sale price which he then pushed up further, which is obviously good for us, but what if we lost the sale because of that. He reccomended a building inspector to the buyer and before any of us had the report Rajesh got the details from the inspector and told us we would have to fix a defect. I clarified this a couple times because it didn't sound right but he was saying it's our responsibility to fix this. Once we had the report our conveyancer said we aren't required to fix anything and can negotiate instead if we prefer. I believe he knowingly lied because negotiations could reduce his commission. Also I know it's a gift and it shouldn't matter, but receiving a branded cheese board as a gift, which I'm sure I paid for with my fees is such a wastful product.
