Rajesh was very approachable, responding quickly and helping to organise alternate inspection times to accommodate our schedules. He was patient in taking my fiance and I through the property over several inspections, demonstrating good knowledge of facilities around the area and answering our various queries, and was prompt in getting back on outstanding questions at the time. We were aiming for a short settlement of 4 weeks, and he was efficient in negotiating the price and terms with the vendors, and also making himself available asap for the bank valuation and helping with rental valuation of our existing house so the bank documents could be turned around and ready in under 2 weeks despite the busy season.
