Unlike the dubious reputation associated with real estate agents, I would summarise Rajesh as 'the most unassuming' sales person. I chose him over aggressive agents that concurred to all my expectations as their only interest was pushing through the sales contract. Rajesh is market savvy who places his customers interest first, but also sets realistic expectations, substantiated by data. I was updated in real time on everything he was doing, to the extent I felt I was with him for every open house or negotiation. He has undoubtedly got me the best possible deal, but am also certain he was fair to the buyer. He makes relations, and business is the natural outcome. Can't think of how anyone could have done any better hence strongly recommend him as a trusted resource in this regard.
