Its hard to find a good real estate and car sales agent. Well in my case it was just plain luck to run into Rajinder in first instance, which led me to stick with him during my second sale as well. Rajinder was very transparent right from the word go of the market situation, sales process and time it would take. There were no false expectations. Its not uncommon to hear agents quoting 30 to 50% during the appraisal process and in the end the sale would fall through - thus crashing your expectations and chewing up your valuable time. Also, his attention to detail has been quite impressive as well - the amount of information and time he invests in you - as if it you are his 1st and only client. And to me that was a very personal experience. Final words - honesty and detail - what else one can expect from the real estate market.
