As a buyer, I highly recommend Rakesh Mehta. I would not even have made an offer on the property that I bought if Rakesh hadn't have called following the inspection to ask for feedback, and, after finding out more about me and my circumstances, to encourage me to make an offer. Even though he was out of office the next day, he made himself available to help with the next steps and put me in contact with his colleague. I am grateful to Rakesh for providing personalised and friendly assistance. I ended up buying a property that exceeded my expectations.
