We had thoughts about selling our home and after Rakesh done such a wonderful job selling our daughters home, we thought we would have an informal chat with him about where we stand in the market if we were to put our home up for sale. Rakesh was on time for both of our appointments and always with a friendly smile and easy going manner. On our second meeting, Rakesh presented us all the facts about the homes sold in our area, the areas we could highlight in a selling campaign as well as areas of our home that could be improved to enhance the property. Rakesh was very honest as well as being very knowledge and has an obvious love of his work. I would highly recommend Rakesh to anyone thinking of selling their home, I really doubt they would be disappointed in the service or the result!

A very pushy agent who pretty much harassed us into signing the contracts by calling us constantly. Advised us to sign the contract as the owner won't be available if we didn't sign the papers. Promised us that he will put the condition of getting house professionally cleaned and as well as get the carpets professionally cleaned in the carpet, neither of which happened. Advised the owners to remove window furnishings before the settlement which was part of the house we bought. Took advantage of us being first home buyers by playing dirty games such as advising us initially to leave the offer with him until the owners wait for other offers. I would never recommend Rakesh to anyone as he lacks credibility.
