When my wife and myself decided to sell our home, we chose a Penrith agency thinking we would achieve a reasonably quick sale. This decision proved to be a disaster, for, following a number of open houses and few attendances, we decided to withdraw our home from the market. Somewhat disillusioned we reluctantly held off, thinking our home was inferior to what was, then, currently selling, apparently so quickly, both at Glenmore Park and other areas. Then we were advised that our own area's agent, Glenmore Park Realty and Ralph Saporito should be engaged. We did this. Following a call to Ralph, he attended our home and explained Glenmore Parks advertising campaign and their approach to the the ultimate sale of our home. We were very impressed with Ralph, I guess mainly because of his honesty and no nonsense attitude. As an ex real estate agent myself, I can truthfully guarantee, that Ralph Saporito is the most ethical and honest agent I have encountered in my dealings with real estate agents during my lifetime. We signed with Glenmore Park Realty, and following the agreed open house, several purchasers showed strong interest in our home, the successful one exchanging contract on 13/02/15 and settling on 13/03/15.
