Ralph’s knowledge of our area is amazing. Over 25 years ago, he sold the land that the house is built on and has sold the house every time it has changed hands. We bought the house through Ralph’s agency so we went back to him to sell it. Ralph got us our asking price but then the buyer pulled out.
