They agree with each other most of the times, although at times both individuals have different opinions and that's something I appreciate - a good advice and next, a better advice and/or a way to improvise! Below are a few of the good points which is implanted in my memory: 1) Proactive method 2) Willingness to give things a try 3) Good knowledge 4) Not pushy in having the property sold off quickly. (A handful of offers - Initially a few barely passable & low ball offers, both agents agree these do not reflect true value, thus conducting more open house sessions until a fair offer is on the table). In conclusion, I'm satisfied with the sales price achieved.
