We saw Hunters around selling a lot of properties but their style and marketing stand out. Recently we saw them in channel 10 news when they were selling a property one street up from us achieving $105,000 above the reserve. We are in the building and construction game, everyone from our network I speak to about Ramez and Hunters they recommended them highly. We pretty much know every agent in the area so we interviewed a lot of agents but when we met with Ramez and Bill we felt very comfortable on the spot and had a lot of faith in their ability to be the best option to sell our property. It all started with a note in the letterbox and it said they had some buyers in the local area. We had already signed with another agent and I thought i’d give them a ring to see what they had to say. Ramez & David turned up along with Janet and told us what they could do for us and things started the very next day. We had some assistance in doing some of the work that we had to get done and they organised it all and as a result we have had a good outcome, we have ben very happy. I suppose we were into getting the house ready for sale with a 4 week auction marketing plan. Hunters are very different in some of the services that they offer. They have a program called the Hunters Concierge and basically you can ring up and they will help you organise anything that you need to happen or assist in selling the property and it’s been a very good program. We were able to get things done bit more cheaply then if had of done it all on our own and the team did a very good job, we are very pleased with everything. One of the interested things they did to market the property was the video that they made, they had the musicians here and the actors it was a bit of a fun afternoon with food, wine and drinks. One of the other things that I thought was a bit different was the length of the time that they spent here during the open homes. When I looked at other agents they normally go for 30mins to an hour but with Hunters we have 45 mins on a Saturday and 45mins on a Thursday, so we have 2 open homes giving buyers plenty of time to view the property. The sale process went very smoothly, they even had musicians here during the auction which created a great ambience for everyone and all up we achieved a great result.
