From our first meeting with Ramin we found him to be very approachable and professional. He was very well presented and came to the meeting extremely well prepared having done much research. I was referred to Starr Partners Merrylands by a friend who’d had a good experience with them previously. The day I made an online enquiry Ramin Rahimi called me and arranged an appointment to visit the unit I wanted to sell. He was informative, very thorough and honest in his assessments. Being near Xmas I really didn’t think it would be sold so quickly. However, after the first open day Ramin contacted me by phone again and also email to review the day. He had an interested party, but I didn’t get my hopes up - then 2 days before Xmas he gave me the great news : that party had entered into a contract! I don’t know what Ramin did to convince the buyer, but whatever it was worked : Less than 4 weeks from the first contact with Ramin to a sale!! As to the sale price : a friend of mine in the same block told me to accept the market price, even if the market has retreated, which it has for units. So instead of waiting around for another 4.75% I took the price Ramin negotiated for me which was above the lowest advertised. To me, selling the property is stressful, but Ramin eased any of that with his kindness and professionalism in the matter. The vendor had requested that purchasers make a single offer, with the highest bidder being awarded the sale. The property had a significant number of bidders but Ramin's expert knowledge of the market alongside his great advice on the amount to bid helped me secure the deal. My bid had not only slightly edged out those of others but was below market value when compared to similar sales in the area. I am ecstatic with the purchase and can not recommend Ramin highly enough.
