Ramin instantly knew what I was after just after short conversation and I purchased the first property he showed me. I don’t believe this was a fluke or luck Ramin actually took the time out of his day to listen to what I wanted in a property and I found it. Ramin was never late, always on time, always kept his word and was very accommodating to my busy work schedule by fitting in inspections before after hours. He doesn’t irritate you with consistent calls however is always contactable when you need him. As a first home buyer, nervousness clouded my judgment at times, however the entire process from inspecting to settling was a transparent and otherwise stress-free experience.
