Purchasing the Property at Bowen Hills was a very good experience with Ranal as the agent. The nature of the purchase was not straightforward, but with Ranal's Guidance and Knowledge, the process went smoothly.
I first met Ranal and Mica Charan when they were prospecting for possible listings early in 2020. We had recently obtained Council Approval to subdivide our property in Bowen Hills into two lots, one with the existing house and the other being a vacant lot. We agreed to grant them an agency, initially to sell the whole approval without us completing the subdivision. They introduced several developers but none who offered us a satisfactory price. Some months later, we determined that we would go ahead with the subdivision ourselves. Being undeterred, Ranal and Mica then set their minds to selling both properties “off the plan”. They regularly ran open houses and were happy to meet with potential buyers and us after hours. Naturally the closer we got to finalisation, the offers got better. Ranal eventually negotiated satisfactory prices for both properties some six months out from completion of the subdivision and they have both since settled. We would commend Ranal and Mica to anyone for their enthusiasm and persistence, and for their professionalism in the carrying out of all matters relating to the sale of real estate.
We purchased a development site through Ranal earlier this year and during the sale process, had to make some changes to the paperwork. Ranal was able to mediate these changes with the vendors for us helping both of us to secure the sale.
