Our First Preference

We wanted someone energetic, professional and driven to succeed - a team whom we felt would understand our needs and wants and be representative of our personal ethics and values. After meeting with numerous agents we knew that that Randall and Lisa were the best people to represent us. Above all it was important to us that we were comfortable calling them day or night about any ideas or concerns that we had and we are thrilled that they were successful in helping us to achieve all of our desired outcomes.

VERY PROFESSIONAL

I have had a good relationship with Randall over the years and find him very professional, I would also like to highly recommend his assistant Lisa Chadd, I am very fond of lisa she is also very professional. A Great Team !

Randall and Lisa Chadd just sold our property. We found Randall to be hard working, knowledgeable and very professional. He was open and straightforward in communicating with us and kept us up to date at all times throughout the marketing campaign. We were particularly impressed that he listened to us and addressed our questions and concerns at all times. We were consulted at all stages from planning the marketing campaign through to deciding on auction strategy. He and Lisa are an excellent team and we have already personally recommended them to friends who are thinking of selling.

The sale of our property was completed today . Randall Kemp was professional and courteous to us at all times during our dealing with Ray White Woollahra. He helped with my deficiencies with regard to technology as did all members of Ray White Woollahra! We were overseas during the negotiations and Randall was great in his handling of the time zones, our phones not being on(!!) and other nuances. We would recommend Randall and he was recommended to us. Thank you Randall.

Randall is calm and confident

It was good to find a local agent. From the start Randall's sets you at ease with his straight forward approach. His professionalism in covering all bases was excellent. He smoothly ran all aspects of a very good marketing campaign and his knowledge and skill in dealing with prospective buyers gave us confidence in making decisions about the sale.

Professional, energetic and diligent!

Randall is a good guy, an excellent communicator and it is easy to feel comfortable in his company. He is very knowledgable of the real estate business and especially of his patch. I trust his advise and judgement and I felt that he truly worked for us. Randall has incredible energy and enthusiasm for the job and he delivers at a high standard. I think this is what sets Randall apart. Randall worked hard to get our business and to then make the sale. Nothing was a problem! We chose to try an off market approach as we were not ready for the big campaign. He understood and accepted our decision and he and his team organised everything in a flash. I set him a challenge of selling our house while we were away on an extended holiday, at the right price, of course. In fact, he sold it before we left! At no stage did I feel pushed into accepting the final offer but rather he and his associate, Lisa, continued to outline the options and allowed us to decide. No pressure, just professional and honest advice. Randall personally spent a lot of time, following leads and encouraging buyers and, right to the last minute, he pushed to get us the best price. I'd rather sell through him than buy from him! Haha! He is still assisting us to look for a new home and I feel confident that he did his best for us as I am sure he does for all his clients.

A positive experience with an exceptional result

Randall and his team came highly recommended and quite rightly so. As I lived interstate and was handling the sale of the property for my family I relied on Randall and his offsider, Alex Smith, for clear and effective communication. They certainly provided this and I was able to rely on their management and organisation preparing the apartment for sale and then in the lead-up to auction day. Randall’s experience, underpinned by his courteous and unflappable manner ensured a smooth and painless experience with an outstanding auction and a result well above our expectations. I cannot speak highly enough of my positive experience with the team at Ray White Woollahra.
