Randolph has some 34 years™ experience in the property industry with qualifications of licensed Real Estate Agent, Diploma in Valuation, Justice of the Peace and numerous other course certifications related to the property industry.
He is a member of the Real Estate Institute, and associate of the Australian Institute of Valuers and Land Economists, now the Australian Property Institute (Valuation and Land Economy).
Randolph is an experienced negotiator with highly developed skills through training and experience and has acted in valuation matters on behalf of the Real Estate Institute and as a panel member for the Australian Property Institute (Australian Institute of Valuers) for new members and has been appointed by the Australian Appeals Tribunal (AAT) as an arbitrating valuer.
He has a large knowledge depth from a property and real estate legal viewpoint with experience in project managing redevelopments for clients and portfolio management for investors - both residential and commercial.
Randolph has represented clients within the Retail Tenancy Tribunal and acted for clients in the Land and Environment Court. He is registered as a Specialist Retail Valuer under the Act.
