Randolph initially showed us a property for sale (at our request) which didn't suit our needs, so without us knowing, he then found a property that did suit us (which was not for sale) and negotiated with the owners who subsequently agreed to sell. He then found a cash buyer for our home and the rest is history. Great local knowledge.
