Dealing with many ‘mainstream realestate agents’ in the past, I cannot express how wonderful and refreshing it has been in doing business with Randy Navaratne and the Upside Realestate team!!! We sold in approximately one month for a price that I am very happy with. The fixed price fee was absolutely fantastic saving me approximately $20k (which other agents would have charged for their commission and all the other extras that they push on to you) Everything was included..marketing.. advertising ..brochures ..even a wonderful large board out the front of my property. All inclusive in the set price. There have been several homes in my area that have taken over a year to sell and we sold without stress in such a short time without compromising on price!
