Multitalented & Adept -- Excellent Transaction Ahead of Market in Price & Time!

Ranita (the Principal) is superb and detail oriented. She fully handles the transaction and was an invaluable partner. She brings talents across both property management and sales that, in our transaction, were instrumental in navigating a delinquent tenancy (started outside her firm) and subsequent sale at better than market expectations. She not only properly guided us through the sale, but advised on the pricing strategy. This lead to a sale at above expectations as vetted via comparison with four other agents. Moreover, Ranita had the patience and diligence to come to all the showings over a couple of weeks. She did not force us to take the first (low-ball) offer. (Hardly!) She understands that this a "marathon" not a "race". She wants to make sure that everyone gets a good and happy outcome. I gather the buyer is also happy and pleased. Everyone was treated with respect to the extent that the buyer completed the transaction early! A+
