From the first meeting to settlement, RJ was fantastic to work with. Friendly, responsive, and very knowledgeable about the market. I ran into an unexpected issue and wasn’t able to settle the land as originally planned, but RJ stepped in and handled the situation professionally. He managed to find a buyer and secure the sale even before the settlement was completed, which took a huge amount of pressure off me.
