Selling a property during the height of the COVID-19 times was a significant challenge for everyone; but, in spite of all that it threw up, Raphael rose to the occasion where his communication and efforts were beyond reproach. Although the final price sold was disappointing, this was a reflection of the rapidly changing market conditions which was out of everyone's control, and was quite unprecedented.
