I found Raquel to be very experienced, professional and understanding. She communicated well and in a timely manner, was prompt, answered my questions and guided me thru the sale every step of the way. I would highly recommend Raquel to anyone wanting a local agent with loads of experience of the tablelands area. I can’t thank her enough for all her assistance.

I can recommend Raquel highly for her knowledge of the market, her communication skills and her allover friendliness towards potential buyers as well as the owner. The whole process of selling my beloved farm and buying a new property was made easy and relaxed by her.

It was a pleasure to purchase with Raquel- she was friendly and professional, and communicated with us regularly throughout the whole process. She has great local knowledge of the tablelands and the different wants and needs of buyers here. Raquel facilitated meetings with the sellers so that we could learn more about the property and how to maintain it. She made sure everything went as smoothly as possible, and answered and followed up on our many questions about the property and the buying process. We would be very happy to recommend Raquel!

Raquel is a consistently dedicated agent who gave us constant updates on the sale progress of our property and the market trends. We highly recommend Raquel as a property agent.

Raquel was helpful, proactive and friendly. Thank You Raquel for helping us to sell our home.

I had five agents trying to sell my house in Atherton. Not only did Raquel sell the house she sold it for exactly what she said I could get in her initial appraisal eight months earlier. Raquel always acted in a courteous and professional manner at all times and dealt with multiple issues involving somewhat needy buyers and complex contracts. If you are selling or buying look no further than Raquel Cunzolo.

Very happy with all of my dealings with Raquel. Would happily recommend her to other sellers (and have done so)

I have bought and sold many properties over fifty years and consider Raquel the best agent I have dealt with. Having both sold and purchased homes from her nothing was too much bother,in our last purchase we were living 120 kilometers away and she liased with the seller to get a settlement extension when other buyers were asking to view with possible better offers.

Raquel was fantastic with helping us purchase our house. She was professional and proficient, and was willing to go above and beyond to make the process smooth and uncomplicated. Would recommend Raquel to anyone buying or selling property.
